this isn't a thing
this means you likely have old mods or old files leftover somewhere in your switch that you didnt remove, causing both the base game to be unable to be played and the mod to not work, you need to actually clear out and delete whatever youve got goin on and start from scratch
verify your base game works first and THEN install the lumi mod alone

if you are patching the base game code, thats a mod

and its likely messing you up since its not working

get rid of all that, uninstall BDSP from your switch
Reinstall it and the base game update 1.3 fresh from the eshop and then verify that your game boots without any mods

the same way you did the first time, boot on sysnad or on unmodded stock firmware, update your game, then recreate your emunand

you can't connect to the servers while on emunand, but booting to stock is fine

just boot your switch without it modded

i think you are confused what you are talking about, switches arent jailbroken, and if its modded, that means you Are on emunand

by default when you turn on the switch it will always be unmodded, you have to boot it with atmosphere to do any mods or get onto the emunand each time

If your switch is banned, how did you get BD on there in the first place? Do you have the cartridge? If so you dont need to re-download from the eshop?
The files in atmosphere/contents/{title_id} would work just fine with the cartridge version
