Knives are already a craft able item. There's a reason The World doesn't have it and it's because the player can just craft them and throw them. There's no reason for a stand to have a designated knife attack.

What other move could you add to a stand who doesn't do shit besides being a speedster but budgeter in combat

You could just give it the knives throw passicw that the world has but then only 2 attacks

I have a suggest for the full evolution of Whitesnake into C-Moon (and eventually Made In Heaven) but for Whitensnake into C-Moon id say that keeping a tag of how many Illagers or players that the Whitesnake killed would be effective and filling up the move of "14 Phrases" rather than charging up the DIO's bone. and along side this change, id also give the Whitesnake to use a The World player's stand, disc or willing, and any The World variant, to evolve their Whitesnake into C-Moon. They way for doing that id imagine the Whitesnake would have to look at The World from the user while it is manifesting and speaking the 14 phrases, if with Disc itll act like the DIO's bone. Sorry if its hard to understand im a lil dookie with listing ideas flat out

Honestly speaking I hate the awakening and effective punch ability. I think that if you remove them and add inversion punch as a different attack (and shift variation inversion barrage(Basically barrage that do almost zero damage but gives longer effect of inversion)and gravitational punch that pulls enemy down(Basically gives slowness effect)and as a shift variation the "send to moon ability").And I also think that you should make C-Moon generally weaker.
