Gameplay balance wise not really, it’s just turn into high rank hunting the moment you start because that’s where good gear is
Same goes for people who say „high ranked members should drop 50+ condition suits, its unrealistic they wouldn’t maintain it” but that ruins the entire purpose of the repair system

Green barrels are enough of a skip to let you get a D tier gun without any toolkits and i’d strongly agree if at any point there was a thought of removing such „rare” drop chances even tho they kinda exist so that people don’t cry as hard about the „difficulty” despite essentially forcing themselves to play a „difficult” modpack because its popular
