can you not just convert a DDS to PNG and ai upscale it, then convert it back to DDS with GIMP? I did it with a UI mod texture and its all chopped off and stuff when I load the game after replacing the old DDS files with the upscaled ones...

and when i preview them in GIMP they look the same as the orginal but in 4k... so why does it fuck it up in the game?

- Temporarily disable your antivirus if you have Avast, AVG, Norton or Malwarebytes
- Close Mod Organizer 2
- Open the GAMMA Launcher
- (optional) Disable "force git download" and "force zip extraction". This will make it go quicker.
- Click "Install / Update" and wait for it to finish completely.
- Re-open Mod Organizer 2.

Maybe it's because of your mod, because vanilla Gamma companions are useful (imo) and does not seem to have the behavior you describe, they react to enemies and shoot back (as long as you don't put them in no combat mod of course lol).
Of course better rank companions aim better than rookies

Yeah, they kept dying to the Mutants as those spawns couldn't be assigned to a Squad
the Neutrality didn't apply to them so they attacked Sin
There was somewhat an idea as to remove the Scripted Mutant spawns inside MM as to avoid Sin from dying, but I guess removing Sin and increasing the amount of mutants was easier
Load a savegame from before entering and come back with more ammunition.

You can put them in "defense only" mod (in the companions gestion panel) where they only attack if they or you are attacked

do anyone know why "more meassurment task maps" mod not working at all? i cant change which locations i prefer to get quests (same location, same and near location, etc.) becouse it does not apply. also i still get radiosilence missions from Swamps to Wild territory or something similar (far far away)
since it was impossible to make sin friendly with mutants on the initial mm spawn, they removed sin and addes burers instead
idea: rework the upgrade system so that kits are harder to craft or come but impact weapons more
