Issue comes in two parts:

• doesn't consider what type of gun that is getting converted (for balance purposes since no one would use a sniper with the same damage as a full-auto rifle)
• they tend to use the same upgrade, meaning you would have to modify and make separate caliber upgrades for each gun that would have it (or replace it with something else if you want to get rid of it)

When I did the conversions mod, I decided to leave the damage of the gun alone for that reason. Technically, I could make different version of the same conversion in the background for each gun type, but it would be a long function that I don't want to write and catch every single possible edge case

Anything that can increase relevant anomaly caps are great to have on you for artifact hunting, even if they are low condition. Also, I've been using the body cooler and I think it's better than soul. In heals you and stop bleeding.
