you either have the excessive firepower or mobility of end game gear, at which point they cannot harm you, or the only way to dodge them is to have an unrealistically low carry weight, which means you just cheese them on top of a prop

all of the other mutants you can fight in the open even if you're wearing the slowest armors in the game to varying degrees of success, but with boars it's just all or nothing and it's not super interesting gameplay
