Diy beef jerky recipe:
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup of Dale's steak seasoning
1/3 cup French's worcestershire sauce
For 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of whole meat. Eye of round steak is good for jerky. Venison is better though. Let the meat sit in the brine overnight before cooking.
Use the oven or smoker on 175°f Takes around 4 hours.

Ingredients
1 large vidalia onion diced
1 can cream of celery soup (10.5 oz)
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning black pepper
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts(or diced equiv, or thighs whatever)
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cups frozen vegetables or peas and carrots
1 can refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits rolled a bit flat and sliced up) Buttermilk or Homestyle
put biscuits in last hour

Last week I made teriyaki chicken with a lot of rice wine; not the mirin but actual sake.
Need to do more research now on additives in sake. Was just learning the different types, and the most common drinking rice wine has MSG and is basically grain alcohol with rice wash rather than a proper rice masticated and fermented wine.

My previous school in band camp during the summer (average temperature in Texas was 38-43 Celsius) there was a Wendy’s challenge, you have to run to the local Wendy’s (about 1/3rd a mile) order a double pounder, baconator, milk smoothie large, and 3 large fry (mind you we only had an hour long break to do this), then after eating all of that you have to run all the way back and participate in the rest of the 5 hour rehearsal without throwing up…only 2 people out of 70 succeeded 🤣

It's not "cheesy" it's basically different kind of milk products fused into a panacotta like dessert that has dried fruit in it.
The key ingridents are butter, a little bit of heavy cream and "tworag" wich they translated into cottage cheese, wich might not be the best translation.

actually this one is finnish sima, lot less alcohol compared to proper honey mead
this one has sugar, brown sugar and lemon as flavour
only added one lemon with its peel in this so it might be quite mild in citrus department
