patch that came out with wipe disabled MIP streaming for everyone but those who had it since last wipe still somehow have it on

That's the issue of tick rate, same happens with official CSGO servers as well, you know 64 ticks. BSG planning to go 128 but that's not easy, also there's engine limitations

Making everything synched for everyone is a hard job especially for a game like this where a lot of little details happen. If it was console, it'd be a more easy job since everyone got the same specs but PC is uhhhhh
