Always good to do in this heat but all i can guess is either unstable GPU OC, too high temps, maybe both. If you've never touched GPU settings, your fan curves are prolly below avg to keep it silent. Take a look sometime and up those curves at least in summer

Did you do any memory test, RAM.
Might be your PSU also. Close the PC unplug it, wait for around 10 secs snd hit the power button couole times to make sure static electricity is grounded and clear the hardware. Then replug PSU snd give it a go.

Never had memory standby cache filling in a long time, even when playing unoptimized leakage games

OTR starts at boot minimized and automatically purges memory when needed. When playing games that might require less latency you can fix the resolution if needed.
I use ReviOS so I don't know if I had the latest patches everytime, for me this works well.
