also when you take painkillers you lose hydration/energy
Usually people dont bring food with them unless for specific tasks or when you camp of when you want to level up your metabolism
Also obviously your pmc loses faster hydration and energy than a normal person
when you ran out of it you stop regenerating stamina and you take damage
