i dont even use flea that much beyond very very early in a wipe cycle and then to buy/sell expensive things like keys etc, but i feel like the freedom in the flea market is among many reasons part of what makes tarkov appealing to many people
there are a lot of ways to make progress in the game between quests, getting items you need for hideout, trading on the flea market, doing story, scav rep etc etc,
