Idk if it's a 0-100 threshold or not but basically it runs on the hidden karma system (not fence rep) so the higher the hidden value is apparently the more likely Partisan is to spawn on you. This value is increased when you're hidden in bushes too long and apparently also when you kill your own teammates

His anti-camper shtick has nothing to do with how he behaves in raid

He just spawns in, sneaks around, places 5096086509 tripwires and acts like a slightly different scav afterwards

Weirdly enough, the pve mode basically is just difficulty by amount, the bots are not that impressive but they just throw 10 of them at you at once

That is one of the main issues with tarkov

when talking about the AI the difficulty comes from them just lasering you or being able to see through bushes or just their insane reaction speed sometimes

This is done to compensate their really rudimentary coding

SAIN has fixed this but alas I guess it's either too demanding to run on BSG's servers or they can't be assed to study their coding
