So, unsure if this is related, but the past couple days there have been videos surfacing of instances like this that occur online in raids where exploiters or bug abusers are somehow able to obliterate other player's frames within proximity to them. Speculation is the player is carrying a bugged weapon that has hundreds of attachments and somehow causes this insane frame drop/stutter/CPU meltdown.

Sheef has a couple of clips of a guy he ran into where his screen totally froze, he reloaded into raid, then as soon as he loads back in, the other player executes him as soon as he moves.

Then a post earlier with the same incident and the exploiter who killed the random dude was called CPU Fryer 3000. So it's intentional.
