first of all, price, they are usually 5x the price of holos or red dots, though the duping right now has dropped them a little bit, they fluctuate to lower prices than in the past, they are already "rarer" and more expensive.

secondly, they do a decent number on ergo, where the good red dots only take 1 point the scopes will take 4-7 ergo off your gun. ergo is really important, but i shouldnt have to explain that. aim fast is good

third, eye relief. while most of the higher end LPVO's dont suffer from this as much, more common scopes like the tac 30 and valday do, among some others. however, if your gun has bad ergo, you are gonna feel that eye relief

fourth, insurance. doesnt matter who kills you, if they take nothing else, the LPVO is going

tldr, scopes are good because they are scopes, they are pricy, rare, and coveted, and not without their downsides

There is torso stomach arm and leg health of course

But you also have heart, lung, spine, a few different stomach organs, and a brain all which can be individually damaged

You can survive a .308 to the shoulder but a 7.62x25 tokarev round to the spine is an insta kill

Glukhar works this way , if he is spawned by train station and shit and train arrives , he will sometimes push the trian station.

On woods for example , you could use a yellow flare at the pier and u can have a chance to get Shturman to spawn in the next 5 mins or so idk
