Tbh atp the only things holding 5.45 back are the fact that all the weapons fire like, 150-250 rpm slower than all the 5.56 guns despite them having very similar damage and pen values

The recent buffs to the 5.45 ammo and the frequency of ammo spawns makes them inherently easier to get a hold of than high tier 5.56.

But yeah, the RPK is one of the best budget weapons in the game. Costs fucking nothing
