I use no eq, or a flat, since in game headsets have there own EQs, I play on 80 in game volume and use a free program called soundlock to compress really loud noises

thus you can have a higher volume to hear quiet things well also not blowing your ears out over loud things

Tho note that it does have IR laser and Flashlight on some settings.
Can be a good and bad. easy to find with NVGs depending on what reticle you have.
