My rationale behind ammo use is: if you aim for the head, you don't need 30+ pen rounds. Torso shots are so all over the place I don't even want to try hitting the torso if I don't have M80 or PS12B.

And if a guy has a Tier3 visor, he most likely has something that two taps you in the torso anyways with a speed of 900 or 750 m/s through T4 plates and you are already dead if you use a SMG unless you are lucky

with 9x21 PE you can just roll the dice and try to leg him instead

also you can just not care at all about the rounds you use since there's no limit

just spray the legs from any distance, if someone is caught in the open, it's finished

I have about the same TTK at range than if I try spraying heads with SMGs, but for half the cost + ammo and mags in the rig, nothing in the secure container, so I can run grizzly + key tool + paracord + CMS in it.

In CQC, the legs work too and if the guy gets in cover just nade him

the only issue is if you encounter a dude with 40+ pen rounds that sprays you in the torso, but other SMGs with headshots won't necessarily help you any better
