I was doing the Thrifty quest and killed one guy that snuck up on me at the UN side bunker. I was heading to ZB-14 and I meet another player in the bushes by the road. I bounce a round off his helmet with a suppressed G36. Light up his armpit and he drops. Run over to confirm the kill and he wasn't dead... Somehow.

Then I spawn at ZB-14, place my items, kill a PMC and then I get fragged out by another player

Easy ones are trash , hard ones are trained assasins

Now you cant rly differentiate between them and they can spawn anywhere scavs spawn

What they're trying to say is there isn't a huge difference. There's some NPCs that spawn in certain places and their aggro response is different depending on if you're BEAR or USEC. But, even with that, there still isn't much difference
