Maybe. But if I boot up a game where I was elite in my teens (Halo 2, don't laugh), it's all still there. I'm def not elite anymore because don't have the time to rememorize everything but it's something I think Im capable of. The Koreans are still the same group of people playing StarCraft Remastered as were playing StarCraft in 2003 so, yeah, you can still be elite. Just gotta stay dedicated. Like you said, knowledge and experience can overcome loss of reflexes.

If you're fat as fuck that you're still fat after losing 80 pounds, I'm under the strong impression that it's much healthier to lose the weight. But, to your end, I only cut like this for two or three weeks at a time. Then I eat well (not 3500 calories well but, well), and lift for a few weeks.
Like I said, I'm down 80 pounds so, it's working and I literally cannot wait to go back to a normal, healthy diet, with all three macros.
