I doubt it. I don't know for sure but when it comes to TAA, the difference between higher or lower settings usually just affects things like ghosting. I use DLSS, personally, because I have an Nivdia card.

XMP is a memory management thing in your BIOS. Could be an indicator of a stick going bad. If you can, maybe remove one stick (and suffer the consequences of less RAM) at a time and see if your games stop crashing.

If your games stop crashing, you've found the culprit stick. Or maybe a Windows update fucked something up but I haven't read anything about that lately. I'm pretty out of the loop these days, though.
