You can get a 336 ak with a suppressor, romanian dong picatiny dust cover and 20 rounders with eko round to start with, it's slightly pricey but if you hip fire it, itll kill and if you crouch or even better prone, it doesnt bounce that much

Tarkov's default lighting and post proccessing effect are so bad that make the game look contrasted, unusally foggy, washed-out and dark, no PostFX settings can fix that. In broad daylight the distant shadows are pitch black, inside areas with sometimes dim lighting is super dark as if there is no ambient light/light bounce cough Interchange cough, indoor areas are foggy for no reason whatsoever and Factory is a good example of that. Fog should only appear in the horizon and in rainy weather, or post-rainy weather.

Amand's Graphics for SPTarkov fixes all that
