After playing some on the Euro servers with Ivan, i'm convinced you guys have way more chill raids. Or at least chiller scav players. The US scav players are total assholes and will RDM you like 50% of the time. Meanwhile the euro bros are trading scav loot with eachother and chilling.

Unity is a great and modular engine , but from what i know , Russian devs get shit pay so there is lack of talent in those parts , a US developer costs 3x times the price of a russian dev ( Nikita himself said that )

and BSG has a strict employment rule where u need to live in St Petersburg , to work from the office, they dont accept remote work

so , unless a foreign developer wants to move to Russia specifically to work for BSG for probably shittier pay than anywhere else , they gotta do with what devs they have
