Having played both Gamma and Tarkov, I struggle to understand why Tarkov ballistics are so unreliable. High pen ammo does the damage it should in gamma but if it were tarkov, you need double if not triple the amount of ammo to kill. I'm stunned that a much older game could actually realistically calculate ammo damage when tarkov is focused on being "realistic". Just my train of thought
