He gave you the definitive answer. Jamming and 'no magazines in loadout through MagsRedux' causes the same animation loop of weapon switching.
If you want more verbosity, or even a message, go into MCM and configure it further.
If you try to reload a 'jammed weapon' the weapon switching occurs too.
Unlike the older games, attempting to reload a weapon in GAMMA does not clear a jam.
Plus, there is no need to be snide toward someone actively trying to answer your question—to the best of their ability.

You can try to move the whole stack of version 31 to the DLTX separator, uncheck the old version, and check the new verison.
If crashes/issues occur because of this, revert to 30.

It's weird you cant go into settings and change the resolution. Have you tried your graphics card settings? Nvidia has it's own settings it falls on, not sure about amd.

I tried to force the resolution through nvidia control panel, the game is in fullscreen, I even checked my OSD setting - for some unknown reason it never force 16:9 ratio. It's the first time I witness this

When you need to update there's no reason to use it
You just need to:
- Update GAMMA data
- Update GAMMA installation
It's a useless step because you already have everything installed
And that command it's basically that, it install the add-ons, but since you already have them...
"Update GAMMA installation" does the same thing, with the exception that it only install what you DON'T have, the rest of the add-on remain untouched

A question I have is about the weapon sway....when you move mouse left and right and weapon moves slightly.I dont mind this but cant stand when you jump and weapon moves up and down rapidly in hands.Anyway to turn this stuff off?
Also the sway when you ADS I always thought this could be a great way to make the larger bulkier weapons feel larger and bulkier.Like remove the sway completely for SMGs and pistols.A bit more sway for rifles and snipers having very large sway.
So sniper weapons would just feel clunky to use

NM I fixed it by using original michiko modern camera animations mod that I tweaked in past.
I just removed the lean animations from scipt file if I remember right as that made leaning and aiming a bit clunky feeling.
Now weapons don't do the massive up and down movement when you jump and everything feels a bit tighter and less wavy but at same time a bit digital.Personal preference really but just posting in case anyone wants to try it for themselves.

yes you are repairing it correctly , any suit over 65% can be repaired using sewing kits or glues. any lower would need part replacement or a repair kit

i don't mind the aim rattle + lower/raise, but when my character is moving around, i constantly hear the rattle
combined with the footsteps sounds of myself and the companion, it's just too loud
the problem with the companion is that they constantly run 'n stop, and over, so the footstep sounds are too loud also
when there's no companion, how frequently does my character make eft voice lines?
because the companion wheel with commands is nice, those voicelines i don't mind

negative. Unless there were key mods enabled that are explicitly known to mess saves up. One i know is MagsRedux will bork your save if disabled after an enable.

each gun has its own kit(not all guns have kits but only some bas ones). while there are still some optics kits(long range scope and a 45degree canted optic) that can be attached to a few guns

yes, guns that get a kit upgrade normally say in their description that they allow a silencer. read through each gun's info to know what you can attach to them

it kinda does it just says at 000016 you will get fully irradiated for 60 real seconds with out protection but it does say if whicch direction makes it stronger

soo with my gieger is super strange i switched it to environmental reading and it shows 0 even though i get irradiated

A solution is to carry a bag with you to make a stash where you want. Those get marked on the map

Not trying to undermine what you are trying to do but is there really that many instances where you are in water to warrant worrying on radiation? The gieger counter, if not changed by another mod, just reads the radiation in you, nothing for the environment.
8 on the keyboard will quick display as well.

I'll just say this. Eventually you'll get gear that is radiation resistant to the extent where environment won't do anything. Unless of course you use artifacts that negate resistance to such a level, the whole enviro radiation will be rendered redundant. Redundancies in modding are, from my experience, detrimental to a clean, stable experience.
