I think you're right. If I'm reading it correctly, it's looking at it from that desktop folder he has. The picture he posted of the inside of that folder shows another folder named 'Anomaly', and that's the one the log is referencing:
"[c:/users/pc/desktop/reydelnorte/anomaly\appdata\user.ltx] successfully loaded."

It's a problem with some custom shader settings.
You can often solve it temporarily by opening the console, type 'r2_gloss_factor', and set the values between either 0.5 or 1.0

you can turn on the laser with holding L, switching between the sight and the laser with v or whatever you have your grenade launcher keybind as. you need to have a main sight to be able to switch to the laser aim

so put on a scope or any other sight and try switching

Is there a way to actually see if another armor is better than the one I'm currently wearing? Since we can only find almost broken things, it seems almost impossible if you don't already know the base stats

just search anomaly armors or something similar if you want to find them

and you will have to take into account helmets no longer included with suits
