just take can of tomatos or you can cut up fresh tomatos, get onion and red pappers, fry them together then throw into it the tomatos and garlic and let it cook down for bit. for more syrian style i add in olives and and 7 spice and crack into it eggs. for bosnian style i add in ajvar and then add the eggs in
