Being super anal about scheduling and planning, then planning again, then adding safeguards to keep the plan on track, etc. Shits exhausting

Identifying what hes sensitive to, then building a plan to recognize, address, and correct behavior and reinforce positive outlets is a good step.

If he can handle being in public and theres a hobby store or something nearby, maybe help him pick out some jigsaws at a store? Seems like he really enjoys things based around pattern recognition and order. Puzzles would be good too
