The overall story of cyberpunk is good but saying cyberpunk is closer to GTA than Bethesda games is just cope. The game is a rushed open world with First person mechanics and some light RPG mechanics running on a engine not optimised for its style (just look at the shadows of your character). If CDPR had stuck to the original plans for the game and went heavier into the actual RPG mechanics it would have been it's own thing and probably one of the best games of the next couple years but instead they decided to change a bunch of shit mid development and we got what we got. Also comparing the story of cyberpunk to GTA is just stupid GTA has always been a series of over the top action games with tons of violence CP tries to be more serious and grim like the source material.
