As far as I can tell it SEEMS to change how the moving electro in Agropom looks and also how movnig fireballs in Bloodsucker Village looks too. I untick and tick it on/off in MO2 and those anomalies change their appearence. I've moved it up and down the MO2 and it still happens. No idea how/why.
