and in the swamps, the ground textures are a lot more HD looking

if it does, it's a negligible amount. The most hit my fps takes is from the Hunter reshade I use lol. I also customized my SSS settings somewhat, but yeah the reshade lowers my frames by like 15-20

Don't think you need to, but it won't hurt anything either.
Whenever you install big texture packs or do something regarding shaders, deleting the shader_cache folder isn't a bad idea.
The game will always create a new one when you go to launch it again.

- Increase texture detail to 3/4 or 4/4, or enter
texture_lod 0in the in-game console, and then restart the game.
If the steps from above didn't work, try this fix instead:
- Download the mod from #π¨base-gamma-support message
- In Mod Organizer 2, click on File -> Install mod
- Find wherever you saved the Jubs_Low_Texture_Red_Dots.rar file.
- Click βOKβ. Name it however you want. It will be at the very end of the mod list.
- Enable this mod.
