hard to answer how i made it exactly, but the main effects controlling the lighting is stuff like the LUT and a depth buffer that makes distances darker than normal, felt like the bright fog sorta ruined the mood i was goin for.
my reshade is in the reshade channel along with the golden autumn retexture i use, might be easier to give it a look over to see what i did

How to install?
(!) Install AFTER all mods that have modified .exe files (!)
(!) You don't need to have Beef's NVG installed, mod is standalone now! (!)

Copy executables from archive's "bin" folder into the "bin" folder of your Anomaly installation with replacement (don't forget to make backup of those!)
Install the "gamedata" folder mod via JSGME or ModLoader.
Use DX 11 and clear shader cache before first launch!
