The 3 onslaughts kinda carry

The fleet is essentially split into smaller groups
Capitals have free rein and are not assigned any escorts, ever, and also receive no orders, they do as they please
Every cruiser is assigned one destroyer for escort, with the exception of the dedicated carrier which has 2 destroyers, one of which specializes in PD
There is a small group of 2 destroyers and 6 frigates which have only one task - pursue and destroy retreating enemy forces. They never take part in actual combat unless the situation is super fucked
