A while ago in VC because we were talking about new vegas discussing the NCR and legion. One of the positives someone had is that the legion keeps bandits out on their side, but then you've got the legion there anyways. Then I said I think the NCR also sucks hard, just not in the same way as the legion. Severe taxes, soldiers brutalizing people with no repercussions, borderline fascism, etc. I mentioned all the problems the NCR has, someone deadass started screaming at me and said "Well the legion are fucking rapists, and you're saying they're the exact same thing huh?"

Every discussion about new vegas factions goes the same way
