I only played World on Fire, but WoF was really good imo. Everything was destroyable, even buildings and towers. You can't destroy those in any Just Cause game unless it was an enemy building. WoF also had a shitton of vehicles, but a lot of it were military vehicles and they are really well detailed of its time
