he currently has muni's plate armor, which is pretty much indestructible by any real measure.
thing is, right now he's in a setting where guns are the norm and pretty much no one wears plate armor anymore, and this armor isnt well suited for carrying ammo and shit which he'll need (well, not really need, but he's playing into the role (doesnt even need the armor, he's pretty much invincible himself, just wears it for disguise and coll factor)).

so he either keeps the armor, modifies it a bit and just uses his mace and a pistol. or ditches it and gets normal gear.
