its a "new" vanilla setting that takes the anomaly specific setting away and sets it to be mixed in with the standard deck of rollable events. It also removes the monolith victory.

What this does is instead of it being "anomaly is all on" or "anomaly is all off" its got a customisable(8% default iirc) chance of anomaly events playing instead of normal events. So you can be doing your thing, and get a wanderer join event, except the wanderer is a metal horror host, and it can be your first interaction with anomaly content so you're completely unprepared for it

also I was positive I was gonna run into someone. I spawned in the bunker close to power generation complex, went up to raider outpost east and it was looted. Went to the broken highway, dropped down into the secret spot with the gun crate, it was still unopened.

Went into the power generation complex underground and some doors were open

whoever it was must've went south towards pipeline/control tower

there's always a rocketeer roaming the north complex

and a bombardier/bastion roaming close to pipeline tower.

if I wanna go south from there I always go underground

nah you can move so fast if you have some skills in mobility and a holstered weapon

I had a dude do that in breach room in confiscated, he was freeloading, got in the room, I already looted it and was heading out. He went in, looked around, opened one container and surrendered

these 3 extend how far you can move in one stamina bar by 50%

add in adrenaline shots

and you cover a km in half a minute
