So small things I see from skill changes a lot of the palm effects got changed to proc their effects if the target dies while using the skill.
Staggering palm got a huge damage buff on its projectiles, moving from 50-156 to 61-204 and its buff only starts expiring after the first projectile is generated along with the same treatment as other palm skills where if an enemy was primed to stun but dies before you reach them it still gives its effects. Also now also quickly Dashes and Strikes additional valid targets
