Nothing that really affects gameplay, just that it looks awful.
It looks like a fisheye tunnel cam instead of a high end LPVO. No true 1x distorted edges, and the clarity is awful.

There's almost zero blur outside the scope, you aim with both eyes open. Only in ELR do you sometimes squint one eye, but that's to minimize distraction.
Looking through a scope with both eyes open is like having one eye zoomed in on the target while the other sees everything clearly, and your brain blends the two so almost nothing outside the scope is blurry.
