Translation and localization are very tricky. Sometimes it’s really difficult to make a translation that is very correct but basically incomprehensible/useless in the target culture. Translators have to make decisions all of the time. Sometimes the best translation won’t fit because it takes too much time to say it in the target language and the words won’t match the subtitle on screen

bullets will kill you, doesn't really matter what size it is of you are hit. So if you can get a soldier to carry more bullets by making them smaller then that's better, within reason of course. No good equipping an army with 9mm exclusively.
these smaller intermediate cartidges tend to be flatter shooting, so it's easier to make hits over distances, 7.62x39 for example has quite the ballistic arc to it. Then there is the matter of recail, the less there is the better.
If you want to hit something further away any soldier will tell you that this is what the .50 is for. you hose the enemy to keep his head down and then direct beeeg boooolit or mortar fire his way.
I doubt the spear is going to see serious adoption, tbh

It was. Not so much in the way of features. but the story telling was top tier. Black mesa is in my opinion the single best remaster of all time. Helps it was entirely a fan project

I just bought a very lightly used OG HTC Vive back in the day, and I boot it up every time I want a 2hr workout..

Thankfully I have space for it..

I want a better resolution headset, but unwilling to pay now that I have a headset and so few games are coming.

That Metro VR title seems fun though.

your carry weight percentage and capacity affects your stamina cap, if you use the reduced stamina use mod that is 4x power and combine it with my difficulty rebalancer mod you get near infinite sprint, if you use the strong endurance artifact it is infinite unless you bunnyhop 20 times.

I don't think so. I was MORE than happy to buy it. its so fucking increadible and with some really fucked moments. LIke the HEV suit zombies.

I have 140kg carry weight and am only holding 30kg out of that and I still run out of sprint within 30 seconds
