The original warbonds weren't much better cause they filled up the space with two copies of the same armor set
If you look at it without checking the details then it looks like armor a, armor b and armor c but then you check the details and see that armor c is exactly the same as armor a but in different color
Which makes it quite literally the same as vehicle skins, except vehicle skins have a tiny bit more use
Old warbonds also came with more profile backgrounds, which are oh so much more useful
