Tesla Towers on Eradication work fine until the whole mission turns into 4 panicked Helldivers running around while being chased by at least 100 bugs

Just a heads up, I saw some people talking about unplugging their internet instead of quitting when farming SC.
Please note that if you somehow end up creating duplicate instances then you get banned.

However, one known way is if you do it in multiplayer and 'split' the match in two, if you linger (or even worse, extract) then you are likely to receive punishment.

If you simply get booted to the ship, one can imagine starting a new match immediately could potentially cause issues.

Furthermore, there is safety in numbers: Many people use the quit/ALT+F4 method, few people use the internet disconnect one. Punishing the quitters would affect a large group and cause backlash, punishing the network fiddlers would cause less backlash for the devs.
