Tbh I'd use a lot more of team reload feature but I tend to duo only majority of the time
So as a result we usually lack a person to help cover us while we deal with high priority targets
And by that I mean recoilless
I kinda almost wish autocannon didn't bounce off charger armor
So not only would it be a great anti swarm
It would also be a devastating tool Vs charger when in a combined effort with team reload
Have one bring recoilless to duo for anti charger, and the other bringing spear to duo for anti bile titan
And then from there the rest of the stratagem to be attributed for anti swarm or CC such as EMS or Ems mortar

Me and my duo tried out the recoilless rifle team reload a lot more, its obvious that we defo have an easier time against charger at dispatching them
but boy even with all that extra rocket pod you drink through them very quickly
if only one person brought it

For an effective measure above 5 difficulty
on 5 it was very easy killing them alone
It can't just be me that feels the enemy total count has been increased though

I've found it great I can hand out more damage & tank it aswell. Meaning more stims to keep my team alive.
It's an interesting gun, that's for sure
A bit slow firing but it works.
I pair it with the auto pistol. Great combo.
Then usually carry a expendable launcher, MG, any support weapon a team mate might need.
Berserkers can also be killed quickly with headshots, the issue is that they move a lot
The Slugger, Jar and maybe even Diligence deal enough damage to one tap them
Rail can cut them in half in one shot
We need our own chainsaws so that we can execute them DOOM style 
its the best overall all around

Lancers would fit well in helldivers imo

it shreds bots, both the small guys and the mediums
One shot kill if your aim is good, headshots delete rocket devastators and the shielded ones
small guys are one shot torso and head
Then use your stratagem weapon for the heavies like the hulk or the tank
I usually run recoilless rifle now, and i deal with the dropships before they land troops
jar-5 dominator is a good weapon, better than the breaker in my opinion
jar is actually really fucking good
just have to familarize yourself with its MANY downsides
recoil is a big thing for most people as far as i know but i aim down sights for the majority of it
and the reload is slow

Staying within melee range of a swarm is not as feasible anymore for flamethrower use

Due to how wide of an angle the swarm tends to close in on you
and swarms of crap we just stratagem or use our guns
Even at D7 I find the chargers sip so much of the recoilless pods not gonna lie
And with duo even with stratagems meant for swarm the wave are so persistent I find myself still in a precarious spot after using anti swarm eagles
So I chose to rely on GL at least for the time tbh
MASSIVE bonus point for instantly dealing with bile and nursing spewers

I try to make it a point to check the map and help clear out baddies around buddies when possible
It is easy to forget that RR exists and is basically rapid fire version of EAT, since most would prefer to be self reliant as mentioned
But with the increase of threat in general especially by D8
That strategy falters a little
False! It's a single player game with 3 other people in your SP game

You can tell most didnt play HD1
Having a friend reloading for you was a mustd
Staying still on the first game was suicidal

On D7 alone if you're unlucky with a bile titan hitbox it could take like 6 rockets to kill it for some reason
But perhaps if they do make all anti armor weaponry one shots elite targets except Bile titan, it won't be much of a concern anymore
And instead diversify that lost durability taken off elites to empower the swarms
In the first game, you could one shot the chargers with RR if you hit directly in their faces
Afterwards, you could upgrade the RR so it would do maximum damage everywhere
But then we got behemoths which were bigger and fully armored chargers
Cant remember if you could one shot them
As of the moment, Spear does have the damage to instantly one hit a charger
Provided you angled it just right to hit it in the face
But therein lies the problem; positioning
And distance too
But yeah for the time being we will just have to see what they plan to do with the enemies power balance
Chargers are undeniably a big source of frustration if I had to say at the moment
maybe the real joel was the friends we made along the way
Also nothing like just teamed up to start a team reload
Except charger is alr in our face
And we both go like um um um ummmmmmm
that's because hd1 was much more limited

you couldn't really split up and go to different directions
the team reload animation was MUCH simpler and faster than it is in hd2
you didn't "glue" yourself to the other player, either
you just did a really quick animation of the guy just
stretching his arm out
You know what would be great
loading the other guy's weapon
and that's it
less than 1 sec animation and you could move again
whereas in 2 the animations are longer and you're "glued" to your buddy and can't do anything else
A radius around the player carrying the weapon that appears when they are holding the support weapon, and if you are within this radius, you can press a particular button to auto approach the other player to perform team reload
Removes part of the jankiness that comes with trying to combine
Just the time it takes to enter and then exit the "team reload" animation
is longer than the team reload process as a whole in hd1
so you can imagine how much more dangerous it is to do team reloads in 2
less time actively killing bugs/bots
more risk of getting whacked
Yeah I personally don't mind the current time taken, if you ask me, it's just trying to chase the dude holding the weapon amidst chaos and not over fumbling the other way around
It would be nice if we can streamline it a little bit

because team reloading means 2 players are busy

1 is busy for longer, yes
but the other is free to cover/protect the first
It depends, an alternative approach of course works in that both burst fire to clear swarm and make a safe space and then combine properly
Too much to theorize on paper IMO
External factors, that is
well if you can clear a swarm and have a safe moment then it won't matter if you're team reloading or solo reloading - you're safe 

Also viable to have both bring the same support weapon to team reload one another
Or choose to solo reload if able to
The obvious downside being that, well, you both now have the same anti tank weapon
And needs other means to settle swarm and such
Still thinking in what world would spear ever gonna be better over RR frankly

There is no specific source but it has been accredited to as the main inconsistency that is leading to one-two shot to the face with railgun against bile titan from numerous amount of people
I mean let's be honest, people are probably just gonna assume they're doing some god gamer move aim and not report it
