I have learned of some fucked up biotech to keep a live culture of worms

I will try building a worm reactor

get wire mesh cylinder, put air bubbler in bottom and bury it in the cylinder with coarse gravel
submerge the gravel cylinder in water, air bubbles to circulate through rock
add worms that live between the gravel, add floating plants that keep the water clean

periodically feed, scoop out worms to feed to fish
