like reload speed, it's fun to grind and eventually go from 7s reload to 4s

makes it more interesting to play against others where you know "ok this tank has around 10s reload, but if he aced the crew it could be as little as 6s"

I greatly enjoy it even when I miscalculate the min reload, for example when I don't kill the crew with the first shot in CQC and sweat for a couple seconds if my shell is loaded before the enemies
