I want to express my deep and sincere apologies about comments which I made in the Imperial Federation citizens channel on obby bombing Arnen.
Let me be clear, I made these comments as a joke and without understanding the full gravity of what this meant.
I am a new player to civ, and I said this after dredd_kiji, a leader from Arnen, griefed my house and menaced my friend and I in Godhaven and then killed my friend.
This was during the 4-hour war when Arnen was at war with the IF and it's allies and independent from kallos.
I did not mean any malice or ill will against Kallos, and I want to reiterate that these comments were said as a joke in the IF citizens channel, and I strongly regret having said them.
I will refrain from ever joking about obby bombing again and I want to pass on my apologies to anyone who misconstrued these comments as being a serious threat against Arnen.

After leaving CivReign for lack of activity, many Laurentians were seeking a suitable land for them and their projects. The leadership of Laurentia, myself and @fresh ingot, have been negociating with the government of the Imperial Federation to form a new state under special rules, seeing as it remains the capital of the IF.
