How it looks: https://gyazo.com/54325431ee80cbf43c7e6b928e737ec5
How it should look: https://gyazo.com/eb6e0bf98f98c9cebd118027fef6acd5

First one is Gogo Loco BEYOND added with MA with changed AFK idle.
2nd one is the avatar's original locomotion system (ignore the hovering idle, i'm talking about the jumping in and out and caressing the hair animation).

I'm a complete noob, I tried reading the Documentation but idk why the Hip bone is not changing the position. The rotation is working, but the position is not so it's kinda stuck gluead to the hips as a pivot point or something. Appreciate the help!!!

changed afk idle?
you mean you changed the AFK animation in the Action layer?

thats strange.
the AFK layer should effect everything outside Eyes and Mouth.
Look up if you have somewhere else a Tracking Script that will change it.
And don't forget to add the Proxy Layers ^^

OH you right I didn't add them before!
I did now but nothing's changed T_T

I'll try from scratch and let you know if it's still happenning!

Update: I tried again on a clean state, and I'm having the same problem T_T

I have the proxy layers, changed the afk animation in ggl beyond

make sure you don't have another layer using the VRC Animator Tracking Control.
You could try removing your FX Layer and try again to make sure its nothing in the fx layer that makes problems

I did remove the FX Layer and it's the same :[
I actually managed to have the AFK animation working as usual before I switched to the new version. I was on 1.8.3 before if that helps. I removed Gogo Loco and reimported it. Same with the model's og playable layers.

the locomotion layer always need to be removed because different locomotions will fight against each other.
Merging the Action layer can has the same problem.
normally it should work fine.
How does your Playable layer looks like?
