how are you testing them
gesture manager in unity but i noticed the problem in vrc
did you do anything at all aside from drag in the prefab object?

i drag it on to the avi top hierarchy

hm, that all looks fine. Scroll down a little and screenshot the Fix Write Defaults at the bottom there.
yeah, that all looks fine. Try setting the Fix Mode to Force On just to see if it makes a difference for your base.
if you remove that component and the gogoloco object, does it go back to working again?

just had a chance to look at this. Something's really wonky with the toggle animations in the final controller, since they're all named Empty Animation for some reason
can I get a copy of the original Tiffany FX file? Please export it using Assets -> Export Package with Include dependencies checked so it includes the connected anim files.
For me I get a problem like this whenever I drag in the gogo all vrcfury prefab from the latest gogo into my avatar and having other vrcfury prefabs as well too (like KKVS 3.0.1 for example). Problem goes away when I delete the other prefabs but it would be nice to keep them though.
