I am trying to upload a Rex with GoGo Loco and I am getting this error.
I am using Unity 2022, Vrcfury newly updated, and GoGo Loco 1.8.3.
Has anyone had this issue and know how to fix it?

I got that issue no matter what I did when using VRC fury on unity 2022, I just downgraded back to 2019

I don't have this issue on the rex at all. What happens if you:

Click on your avatar
Click on the Avatar box in the Animator
Click on the fbx that it selected in the folder browser
Click the rig tab
