#updating from outdated gogo loco installed via vrc fury

anything VRCFury adds is not permanent, so, if it was done properly, really the only thing you need to do is remove the old version of GoGoLoco, import the latest GoGoLoco, and update VRCFury.
Remove the old GoGo prefab that's on your avatar and put in the new one that is now provided in the GoGoLoco folder instead of VRCFury.
Should be good to go after!
should i remove the old version of gogo loco from local files? e_e
For GoGoLoco's case, always good to remove it from your Assets folder before importing the latest or else you may get some oddities.
However before you do so, if you ever customized GoGoLoco, like adding your own poses or anything else, not sure the best route to take there, otherwise it's just the standard delete and reimport with latest.
Remove the gogo folder, that's it
what about the vrcfury prefab? >_> even after i yeeted the old gogoloco version it's still there and if i try to delete it i get this
i ask because the prefab is go broke, and i know it's redundant now because of the native scaling.
Is this an avatar that you bought or got that required VRCFury, or did you add GoGo yourself with VRCFury?
i added it myself with vrcfury.
Can you show me your heirarchy highlighting what you're trying to delete.
I figured as much. Your entire avatar is a prefab. Right click your avatar "VRCPikoBody" and unpack prefab.
now you should be able to delete GogoLoco Broke
yep
assuming then i need to grab the new gogoloco prefab for vrc fury from their server now
literally as i read it lol
lol
I guess I can say this as a tip, if you prefer your avatar as a prefab, you can drag your avatar "VRCPikoBody" from hierarchy to anywhere you want it in your Assets folder. Doesn't really change anything, but thought I'd mention it.
which one has more features all or beyond? >_>
beyond :D
o7 thank ya
Beyond is All + Fly
