did you removed the older version (deleting the goloco folder) before installing the new version in unity?

mh check if the Rig Armature is at 0.0.0
I know some avatars from Hobbert having a tiny offset what make the Feets are going into a wrong position
look in your rig and not on the avatar in the Scene
have you selected the Armature? ^^
now its armature

Costum Dances or some kind of Heavy stuff like Cloning system.
Or did you only change the texture and add GoLoco?
mh what version of the Hobkin did you use? maybe i can test it and create one
default hobkin from hobberts server

check if the right Animations are in the Motion spots from 246.
GoLocoBase-> Layer 1 Poses -> Posing -> VRCEmote 203-253 -> 246
Look if in all is the Blendtree go_246 .
and look if the correct animation is in the Blendtree
because i notice if you hit the Animation a Secont time to mirror it the its in the Broken animation Pose xD (the Biker pose)
is in the blendtree the right animation in?

yeah i did delete though
definitely no leftovers
did even test and deleted again and imported and same results
but an animation is in so it should work.
maybe look into the menu if the right Value gets triggert or test it in unity with an emulator and look if what its triggers in the Layers
mh ok it uses the Value 246 and it triggers the animation too.
do you have maybe the go_cross_legged pose and can change it in the blendtree?
seems like changing animation makes it work now
maybe something was wrong with the animation.
i know that the Poses needs some special treatment before they work correctly xD but its still strange.
from where did you download your GoLoco Version?
